Coffee and old farts, er Masters
Do you use caffeine before or during workouts? Strength vs. metcons? I am 55 and start my warm up 30 to 45 minutes after rising in the am. I tried coffee once before a metcon WOD years ago, felt like my heart rate shot up and I got real shaky. I have avoided pre-workout coffee since. My first CF coach said none before the WOD, but I've certainly read others who recommended it (CFFB for one). Just curious what the other Masters do, and what the BXM coaches recommend for their Masters clients.
