How many WODs per week?
I am researching the Brand X Method and like what I see, but I'm not clear on the prescribed number of WODs per week or the WOD-to-rest schedule. I have historically done three days on, one day off, or 3-1-2-1. It seems like there is a WOD posted everyday except Sunday. I don't think I'm man enough to go six days on with only one day off. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
